I've been searching for this ringtone for over 6 months and I've found the source. It wasn't a Reliance CDMA ringtone from LG like the website said. After posting this I decided to do some more digging on different archives, looking mainly for mp3 files but midi just in case too, I was close to giving up after downloading and listening to exactly 120 different ringtones (mainly indian-themed) I decided to see if maybe it is under a different section and after over 5 hours of digging I found an LG SmartWorld Soundbox archive, which I decided to casually look through cuz I liked the sound of the ringtones and they were good quality, unrelated to the search, but suddenly when I played the ringtone Twilight, i found it. It was just that. Twilight_000000125403887.mp3 to be exact, but I finally found it.
