"I am rather baffled too...the singer's pronunciation has no Italian affectation whatsoever, but then again Baby Records also had native English speakers in their italo disco catalog such as Tom Hooker and Eddy Huntington.
Also, for further insight, their most famous compilations, heavily advertised on Italian commercial TV (particularly on Canale Cinque and Italia Uno) were "Mixage" and "Bimbo Mix".
They featured selections from their artists as well as cover versions of non-Baby chart hits which were specially made for the compilations.
"Bimbo Mix" was more aimed at kids and a tv show was made on the wave of its success called "Baby Show" which featured the label's mascot along with other cartoon characters such as a Chinese called Cin Ciao Lin who appeared in Baby Records' commercials.
I can only assume "Colazio" would have been something intended for Bimbo Mix or Baby Show but given a (failed) standalone release, but who knows?
It's very confusing, and I'm still waiting for Discogs to greenlight my DM section so I can get in touch with PolloBusto and hopefully hear the whole thing 🤔

Anyway. I got some doubts about the autenticity of this song. Is strange that I found out only today the existence of this record ( is not the first time that I look trough the Baby Records s' catalogue) and casually someone puts this sample here. The pictures of the record covers and labels are in low definition and some details made me think that this could be a silly joke.We need to investigate better. Even is baby records releases are sometimes super happy and funny songs , this sounds to me too strange to be real.

What a coincidence ! Yust a couple of hours ago I was randomly looking trough the baby records s' catalogue and I found this record. I tried to search it trough youtube but no one had posted it there so I tought " I wish to find a way to listen to this song " ... I opened this site and my wish came true ! "hi everyone, thanks for helping spread the word. I will share more information the best i can/know and will SOON post the vocals,instrumental and (what i think) lyrics. Okay so, i found the full song on an old cd in my mom's room (do yall know an 1900's sort of bag with cd holders, it was in there named: romantic songs for car /ew lol/) anyway i put the cd in my xbox 360 and started playing some of the songs (dont judge, i dont have a cd player loll) Total 17 tracks, lots of popular songs like Careless Whisper. This is Track 9. It said ''no track artist found'' but the title was named: Baby. i already asked my mom if she knew who made it but she said she got no idea as it was over 40 years ago and she mostly put random songs she liked in it not knowing anything else. I really hope we can find this song. (p.s: i e-mailed the snippet to myself and a long process to end up recording from my phone off of my laptop /probably explains worse quality/)      Thank you!"
