    I think I might've found a lead with this song. There is someone with a song called 'Walking on a Wire' listed on ASCAP. Their name is Harvey Michael Frye and I've managed to find someone with the same name and of the age where it could be them singing. They also live in Tennessee, which isn't too far away from St. Louis
