  I found this song that seems to have the main sax-y instrument from this song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pE854P2kIXs&t=61
  The description says it's "composed in the style of the Darkstalkers/Vampire series", so I checked some Darkstalkers tracks and heard the same instrument a few times, for example in Jon Talbain's Stage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I06MVFyu0-w
  So maybe this is a song from a Darkstalkers soundtrack?

  at 3m55s in the first part of the vod i linked, the first song that plays after this is "TMNT 2007 Game Soundtrack - Vigilantism". at 1h4m1s in part 2 of the vod, the stream layout changes to have the currently playing music scrolling on the bottom, and Vigilantism shows up. assuming lowtiergod is playing from a playlist and it's not modified too frequently, if it was accidentally shown in this vod or ones around it's date (Oct 25 2022), this song should be before Vigilantism. also, after scrubbing through some vods, the soundtracks being used are a lot more varied than street fighter (soul caliber, kingdom hearts, tekken, etc) so just searching through those soundtracks probably won't be enough to find it.

  It honestly reminded me of Street Fighter 2 with that soundfont in the sample, yet searching thru the whole soundtrack didn't give me any proper results. Same goes to Ace Combat's soundtrack, also sounded similar to me.

  It honestly reminded me of Street Fighter 2 with that soundfont in the sample, yet searching thru the whole soundtrack didn't give me any proper results. Same goes to Ace Combat's soundtrack, also sounded similar to me.
