"A background music from a 90s Japanese DVD/VCD Lens Cleaner. Shazam and Google guess this as Masaya Uechi's 輝け太陽 (Shine Sun) which the music itself is correct but the song has sea noises which isn't in the Lens Cleaner Music that I was looking for. And also, that Shine Sun music is from 2008, which is impossible. Either the music is from the same artist reused again with added sea noises or a sample?"

First of all, the song comes from a folder that I used to fill with roms from old weird games. And well Back then I performed tests on them changing extensions and trying to convert files to other formats. The case is that, I was a dumbfuck and always managed to somehow leave the files unusable. The folder quickly turned into a trash folder. But the important thing is that. I found the full audio file. I will share the link later because I don't have the HDD right now."
