  The beginning reminds me of a song (from the 80s?) where the man also kinda talks during the song, anyone know which song it is? I think he has glasses and possibly a bit bald. I'd rather not make a sample, it's a well known song, surely someone would know. Anyone?

  The use of English / vocal style makes me think this could be a South African artist from the 80s, or similar.
