"For 52 years I have been trying to decipher what this tune could be. A friend of mine recorded it on a reel-to-reel tape from a radio broadcast, but unfortunately he couldn't remember the title or artist. The music is instrumental, an acoustic guitar plays the repetitive base, over which another guitar and a violin "argue". It don't think its it. The video description says he listened to it in 2001 and he decided to remix it after 22 years.
I don't think the song is recent because I found it on a cassette and after it there is a radio recording which mentions Bill Clinton and Bob Dole
