I assume the SCTV and Metro TV channels, as far as I know, both channels sometimes broadcast songs and concerts, most likely they play the latest songs of that year.

I found this recording on my big sis old phone from 2010, I checked the other recording. there were lots of song she recorded, maybe this song was recorded on tv, you know when back then people used to record a song from tv, i tried to search on Shazam but doesn't work, also the other recording was popular song and i know most of them, except this one.
