that (alleged) claim is from a lead (admittedly, an interestine one) on the subreddit where the claim was made by another artist that this song was produced by Koichi Fujita.
The Koichi lead hasnt been fully debunked yet (OT is far from the only band koichi helped with) but I wouldn't get too hyped over the lead.
