Unfortunately I have some bad news about this one. As I was curious about this song myself, I did a little digging from the video you referenced and I came across a response by Iohan from four years ago addressing the question of where to find this song as well as a few others.

"this is an original by a friend of mine, i have been trying for over 2.5 years to get in touch with him and ask if i can put it online since so many people have asked for it :("

Given that I wasn't able to find anything on his website regarding music downloads, I think it's safe to say that this quest is over.
Your only bet now is to email Iohan asking about the music and hoping for the best.

I actually found it in the comment section of the video you referenced as the website turned out to be a complete bust. It's quite a ways down but if you load enough of the comments then search for "16:30" specifically, you will eventually find it as a response to a comment.

It sucks that this isn't the answer you would have wanted but I'm happy to help regardless.
