The instrument sounds like a Chinese two-string fiddle, maybe an Erhu. The talking sounds more like Malaysia or Indonesia. Hope that helps…

Guitar, bells, erhu (probably)?, and some gamelan instruments but I wouldn't know what they were called. What sounds like a timpani drum is in there as well but it's not a timpani drum. The piece is Indonesian, and the language is Indonesian too..
