  Okay, so. Here are the lyrics I was able to identify from the Sample:
  "working on the weekends till half past 2 not perfect thinking its you see everything is free"
  
  This is not without loss, some words I wasnt able to find out. I ran these lyrics through some Song finders and so far I havent found anything close to the beat/Voice in the sample.

  Some of the other lyrics might be: "every night [...] think it's you [...] everything is free oh". Unfortunately, nothing shows up when you type the other lyrics in quotes (the "working on the weekend" part). Can you find out if the hairdresser's plays a CD on a loop or a radio? If it's a radio, it might help if you can find out what station they normally play.
