Original audio likely came from the trailer of an 1983 Ozploitation movie called Hostage (AKA Savage Attraction); more of the track can be heard in the background of the trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FKiEIWd9oEo [NSFW AT 0:48]. Still can't find a stand-alone recording of this awesome early techno track, or its actual name."
