  The actual composer of the song is Kim Won-gyun, and the lyrics were written by Ri Chan. In this case, "?" is not an artist name in this context, but it simply denotes that the proposer was not sure of the composer's name and not also of the song itself. The requester would probably have accepted the song's name without knowing the composer and that would've been enough (there was a time where I once did that and the requester still managed to find the full version of the track he was after from the song name I provided, even though I didn't know the composer's name). Anyway, we now know who the composer of the song is. The name is also correct.
  
  When it comes to the song the requester is looking for though, it is hard to tell. Is he looking for the version he uploaded, or is he looking for the original track it sampled? If it is the former, then the proposal should use the name of the YouTube video in the relevant fields, as that is the artist name and title, along with the link given in the request as the link to the audio. If the latter, however, the proposal already given, with the newly-discovered artist information, would be correct.
