I tried looking at some libraries popular of that time, but this is so vast. I know Hallmark had some music from Chappell Recorded Music Library:

I'm not sure if Hallmark always pick from Chappell but a lot of their big production trailer music of that era was from them. Like for the Jason And The Argonauts (2000) it was Sanctus Christus by Chris Payne:

I hope this is not misleading.

I gave up over time, but more and more production music are now available on YT and I wonder if I shouldn't give it another shot.
