  I can encourage you to keep trying. I had a similar case of a song I could not find for years. My sample was more than 30s long and contained lots of English lyrics. However, noone could find it. After several years a russian guy contacted me who was looking for the same sone and had found out that it was probably a German band from a specific city. Using that information I could find the private website of a old guy who had been a member of the band that performed the song - including an mp3 download 😍
