UPDATE INFO: i have found out that this song is a track somewhere on http://eng.musicshake.com/ but im yet to find it. thats still something though.

I looked everywhere too.. couldn't find it.. maybe the user who uploaded it to musicshake deleted the song or smething..

i did some more digging and found that musicshake had an option to put songs on youtubes audio swap library. since the original video is audio swapped is safe to assume that at one point this was in the youtube music library. i wonder if theres an archive anywhere.

You're right, so that means when youtube updated the audioswap library it got deleted with the other nostalgic songs. I'm currently looking for an audioswap archive, what I have found so far is by using WaybackMachine service by Archive.org, you can access the 2007 version of youtube but you need someone with an old youtube active account so he can log in I guess, well at least around the time where the musicshake song was there in youtube.
