  Curt Frost ‎– Sjönt Blandat is translated Nice mixed by Curt Frost. Apparently the lp is sold by this website: https://www.bokborsen.se/?f=2&qt=Sj%C3%B6nt%20blandat. But the dropdown menu under "Select Country" doesn't seem to include the USA. Taboo and Tabu represent the same song on many recordings. It can be spelled either way. The mp3 you have is very likely the one on Nice mixed by Curt Frost, as the album cover is the same as Curt Frost ‎– Sjönt Blandat. I'll have to let you take it from here.

  As mentioned original MP3 is named curtfrost. I have discovered there is a Swedish band leader with that name. Curt has released one album: https://www.discogs.com/Curt-Frost-Sj%C3%B6nt-Blandat/release/5849131
  Track B1 is called "Tabu" with duration 2m49s. My mp3 is 2m50s. So it could be that one.
  I tried to search for a sound snippet of this track on the Internet as final confirmation but didn't find it.
