  I tend to think that its a quality-live recording, as the tremolo in the voice is at some point not stable (which I guess would have been corrected in a studio recording). Could be paranoia of course...

  There is a double layering of this song, 2 different titles, partly different lyrics, a radio station that no performer wants to give. This makes it all misterious.
  I hope it's not a kind of bootleg ...

  Just realized that the system cuts the sample, so you cannot hear the refrain. Original song name is: Fallen Angel (1975), Helen Schneider's version slightly changes the lyrics (Darlin - 1975). This sample is from a "Darlin" performance/recording, Artist unknown.
