    sounds similar. but i seriously doubt that its the same vocalist. both songs (WFTC and Random Factor) use different drum machines. (Oberheim DMX and Linn LM-2). and they probably use different synths too.

    I may not know who is singing this, but I know it ain't Charlie Farren. Charlie's bands in the WBCN Rock 'n' Roll Rumble in 1981 and 1982 were Balloon ("Political Vertigo") and The Enemy ("Random Factor"). Go listen to those and tell me if you think the vocals sound anything whatsoever like the song here.
