  I can't find out any more than the group is called Braintree and the song is called "Journey to Grey Havens". I have no way of validating this since both the name of the group and the name of the song come back to other items in a Google search!

  So I'm now trying to propose the answer again with the correct link, but it won't let me since I already proposed the same answer yesterday but with the wrong one, as you pointed out.
