From what i got from this snippet. It sounds like we got another lesbian song on our hands :D lol
dash simble is what i couldnt make out/hear
Possible lyrics:
"id be crazy to live without her~" -the i'd be crazy part im not sure about :/
"I'm feedin on every word that she say" - I thing these lyrics are correct for sure 😃
"And shes my whole world, couldnt live without her~"
"She la~ she la~ she livin the-"
"All mighty your the one who knows~"
"If her love..."
I'll prob update this based on what comments say as long as i agree with what they think some of the lyrics are lol because as you can see theres plenty of dash simbles 🥲

"Back in the 1980s, WFMU (and i think some surrounding stations) used to air any song they could get their hands on. Unfinished demos, unreleased songs, any song of any genre and level of obscurity.
To give more context, The fairlight CMI was a synthesiser + computer that could store and use a variety of different sounds put into a microphone (barks, yelps, meows, human vocalisations, drums, steps, squeaks, thumps, etc.) and play them like piano notes, putting them up to different pitches and octaves. There's a good demonstration originally put out by the BBC in 1980 that was reuploaded to youtube that should be the first video result when you search "fairlight instrument 1980". It shows the silliness of it but also how advanced it was for an instrument originally put out in 1979 and used by many musicians in the 80s. This might be an opening to some experimental Berlin-School/Funhouse style piece, if we're being realistic here. NY80s has had other pieces from somewhat similar artists (Richard Peaslee, Xerxes Von Munshrein, UnknownmiX, likely others i've forgotten and some not identified yet).
Sorry for the long message, i just really wanted to convey that this, with almost extreme certainty, is a snippet of a real song.I think this might just be a sound effect, not a song. -
