I'm so glad somebody's made a site like this. I have a few tunes I know that I want identified.
I found the site when I was looking for a sample database - a site that identifies samples used in songs like how Kanye West sampled Daft Punk who sampled Edwin Birdsong or how Linkin Park sampled Lamont Dozier in Reanimation without even giving him credit.
I was trying to find out what the samples were in the Wiseguy's song "Re-Introduction". It'd be nice to have a feature in the site that does this.
There's another site called SecondHandSongs www.secondhandsongs.com that does this but since only people in the "in" group over there can edit the database, it'll never ever be very complete. |
