"Dancehall song from 1991/93. All male voices. It used to be played quite often on an Argentine charts show, so I guess it had some relevance back then. I recorded all I remember on my piano (just the chorus), I cant remember any of the lyrics but I tried humming the melody. The verse was all sung in raggamuffin style so honestly I cant remember a word, my musical memory can only go so far. The singer on the verse could be Jamaican, but on the chorus i think it was a different singer. The chorus was quite melodic and contrasted to the verse, so I suspect this was some kind of collaboration. Last time I heard that song it was on a Jukebox back in 97, when I went to see what CD was playiong, it showed "Labour" of love" by UB40, I bought Labour 1 and II but the song wasnt there. Its been a 30+ year search, so any help would be good."
