When a CD album is not longer being sold, the album is still owned by the people who purchased it — so it isn't lost. I'd say that a song is truly lost when no info can be found about who made it, or a online-only song upload is deleted — like Soundcloud, Soundclick — so no one could own a copy. Try looking for the album on Soulseek, or wait until someone on Ebay is selling one. Sorry I can't help here, but only people who own the album could rip from it. Anyway, good luck trying to find it.
